Last Saturday night after the Betty White/Jay-Z episode of Saturday Night Live, Patrick placed a copy of the Sweet Jams CD in the hands of a legend. Jorma Taccone (member of the Lonely Island/Director of MacGruber) greeted fans outside after the show. Patrick gave him a copy of the CD and Jorma thought it was awesome! Will he listen to it? Hopefully. Will he check out the website? Maybe! Either way, a member of the Lonely Island has heard of the Variety Picnic and that’s a step in the right direction!
